We hire Independent Contractors as Franchisee's for our Pageant Director positions to grasp our business model and make it their own in their community and neighborhoods all across the United States. We also hire in house staff and Directors that want to be employees, we hire volunteers and have a unique and innovative internship program and career program for youth ages 16-24.
