Franchise an RUPYS Site!
Purpose
RUPYS is now franchising our pageant system for like-minded individuals and leaders that are youth advocates and support our youth advocacy brand and mission. We have many people talking about us and are interested in being a part of our system and many that want to do exactly what we do here. Therefore, CEO/National Director & Pageant Coach Cicely Majeed wants to increase the RUPYS brand and exposure on a global scale and offer a business opportunity for individuals that support our brand and give them their own presence in the pageant industry.
Training
All brand new franchisees will go through a complete training program so you understand our mission, business model, vision and goals. You need to know everything that pertains to RUPYS and why we are doing what we are doing. You need to know all about marketing, our processes, policies and procedures and most importantly our purpose and that is working hard to motivate youth to excellence. You will need a blueprint of our strategy, budgeting for all of our programs and services and how to make sure you are a successful franchisee.
How it Works
Your first step is to complete our checklist below to make sure you meet the requirements to become a franchisee and RUPYS site manager. Following that, you will need to complete the registration form to get on the list for upcoming consultations. Once Cicely has consulted with you, you will then be given an interview time and date to go over further details and to make sure you are a good fit for the RUPYS culture. If you are awarded a franchise you will set up dates and times to go through a rigorous training to prepare you for what our brand is all about and we will supply you with the tools to get you up and running at your site location.
Evaluation/Approval Process
All interested parties must go through an evaluation/approval process to be considered for the next step in the selection process. We know that some of you have franchise experience and some of you do not. Therefore, we are open to entry level candidates and those that are youth advocates but are without experience in the pageant industry or business ownership experience. You have the option to register for our RainbowUP Spirit Academy if you are a new entrepreneur or new to the business world.

Pricing
The cost to franchise an RUPYS business starts at $10,000. We understand that some individuals may need a little time to produce this amount up front. Therefore, we offer a payment plan for those that are interested in taking that route or those that feel more comfortable making payments to meet the financial requirements.

We want to reward our franchisees for their dedication, devotion and hard work building our brand with their own site, as well as their commitment to the youth we serve. Therefore, we offer many benefits and perks that come with franchising an RUPYS site.
